Bed Sores |
|---|
Bed sores are a big problem for loved ones that are confined to a bed for extended periods. Although barrier creams help, most times they are not enough. My wife is paralyzed from a stroke and is in bed 99,9% of the time. When she came home after the stroke, home health provided a hospital type bed, but we didn't use it because she wanted to be in "our" bed. With bed sores becoming more of a problem, the CNA from River City Hospice, suggested we get a hospital bed with an air mattress. I searched Amazon.com for an air mattress and purchased this Lunderg air mattress topper. I bought it and installed it 8 months ago and it completely fixed the problem with bed sores. Highly recommended. |
